We offer consulting services for builders and architects that goes beyond the design & plan phase . This particular service is especially important when a building project is unique, is in a stringent municipality or requires materials and methods that sub-contractors and those in your employ may not be as familiar with. We’ll conduct site visits to inspect at various phases of the build & addition project and an inspection prior to your official municipal inspection to ensure that you are meeting all code requirements. Services also include phone calls to answer any questions or issues that may arise during the project.

For consumers we offer consulting services beyond the design phase. This is particularly important if the design of the home is unique, or when the plan calls for materials and methods that go beyond the code minimum requirement.
We’ll conduct site visits at the various building phase (foundation, frame, insulation, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and inspect to make sure that all plan specifications were met. We’ll also be available for all contractors and sub-contractors to answer any questions they may have throughout the build and renovation process.
